Utah's weather has been so dry, I've had less 'rain days' than in the summer. With my fuzzy trapper's hat, corduroy jacket, and goggles, I've been driving to lunch every day (20 miles round trip)and I have no roof or doors! I ran over my first puddle of the winter last week-- melting snow at the side of the road. Bleh, all contaminated with salty crud.

Thank you Al Gore!

Just got back from a couple days in Grand Junction, it's 125 miles from my place in ticaboo/lake powell, was a fun drive shredded a tire at about 90 that was hard on the front fender bracket but other wise ok, heater worked fine and came back with the trunk full and groceries piled to the roof in passenger's side. will need to fix a bag to hang off the spare in back .

Frenchtown? Maybe, if I can get a weekend pass for my car from Exoticars! Croc?

Karl, Tell Wil to hurry up with the Anti-Croc Passing Device .

My 7 is also undergoing some refreshing. Waiting for a new starter to arrive and fabrication of a new altenator support bracket, New hoses, Cambelt change, new sperical bushes, and a few other minor tweeks in order to get it in top shape for the upcoming trackday season.

Enjoy your Blat!

I believe there's a PALS meet this Sat (17th). Sort of a pre-season meet, as it was just added to the list. Likely a smaller group I suppose, but if the weather holds up, might be hard to resist.

I have to wait on the results of my job interview today to see if that day will be taken up by last-minute stuff for the job. Presumably I would have a few weeks to start, but classes start this Monday, and I'm up for a dept. Chair position (currently occasional part-time instructor). May have to get some work in early.

Hi Tim, I don't see anything listed for Saturday the 17th. Good luck with the new job !!!

Steve

The email I got from BCX says March 17th, but the official start date remains April 7th.

If you're not on the email list, might want to contact Ernie.

I am finding the weather to be tempting. Car is plugged in to the Battery Tender, just need to get some work done on that cold start valve to see if I can improve it. Otherwise, just clean it up and I'm ready.

Will you be going Saturday? I'm not sure how many will be there, but I suspect I'm going.

re: Job

Thank you. Everything's looking good, just need to see a sufficient number in an offer.

AeroKroil working on the valve now, battery's ready to go, just need to get the bug guts cleaned off of my fenders.

Been a while since I drove it last, hope there's a group drive afterwards, otherwise maybe I'll go sightseeing somewhere.
