Time for an update. I made a MkII version with a Chevy Ecotec Turbo 1.4L mated to a Borg Warner T-5R. Still using the Mazda LSD from the original RX-7. Pretty quick. The aero helps.

Quite a different aero setup than before!  Is there a noticeable difference between the two?

Yes. Less drag. I also changed a lot of things like spring rates and radial road race tires. More work to do but then again, a race car project is never finished.
