Lots of very nice cars, thanks for sharing. The Westfield is obvious (to me) and the other seven is your Caterham?

I'll be there again. I hope to see what trykeman imported. Dave have been there with his good looking Locost. Also, there is a guy I the local Lotus Club that was building a Caterham, it would be good to have a good showing of 7's :hurray:

I'm the Lotus guy with the Caterham. I'm planning to be there but developed some engine issues with the Caterham over the weekend. If the Caterham doesn't make it I'll be in the ice white Exige.

Yesterday the score was 21, three 7's made it to the Car Faire. Dave brought his track weapon, Pete (trikeman) with the older brother to my Cat. Dan's new build id in sick-bay and didn't make it.

It was a good day for a car show, no rain. At least 286 cars were there of various age and make, including a 2017 Jag SUV.

Am I the only one who thinks a "Jag SUV" is just plain WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!

Porsche's SUV is a higher fraction of their profit than any other model. I would hate to see a Lotus SUV though.

Great event on a hot day!

Good turn out of Lotus cars including a friend's freshly restored Elite. 3 Caterhams and an interesting driver in one.

http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=15910&stc=1A funny thing happened on the way to the car show. The water temp gauge went to 100c. I was in more traffic than I normally drive in. It wasn't That hot yet,I switched on the heater and the temp dropped to 80c. When I was leaving I noticed the temp gauge stayed stone cold, hmmmm.

After removing the bonnet I noticed the alt belt was frayed and long fibers were hanging off and the wire to the temp sensor was damaged and disconnected. After repair I'll find out if it's back to normal.

Also, the driver added lightness.
