Toyotus 7
I personally prefer the look of the very rounded Series 1 rear wings or the slightly wider Series 2 wings over the outrageous, flat-sided Series 3 rear wings. Oh, my great and wise fellow seveners, does anyone know of a source for more rounded series 1 style rear wings? I suppose it would be fine if they were a bit wider than the originals. I suspect that there could be something out there from a Harley or Indian trike, but I'd appreciate it anyone knows of a source. Thanks
TheDingo8MyBaby
Not 100% sure about Series 1 wings, but I would try here: http://www.kineticvehicles.com/Curtis.html http://www.xtraspecialsevens.co.uk/ http://www.mikebrotherwood.com/S17.html Series 2 wings were 7 1/2" standard but s 9 1/2" were supplied as an optional extra later in production. These were flat in comparison to the Series I rear wings. I think the S3 wings are 11" if I'm not mistaken.
Croc
Another option, if you can find them, the Donkervoort Series 1 had a more rounded rear wing profile. Probably like trying to find rocking horse poo here in the US though...... It will probably be easier to get someone to custom make them in ali. JohnCh
Randy Grubb of Blastolene fame owns (owned?) a Birkin and has posted here before that he can make custom aluminum fenders for se7ens. Not sure about cost, but I'm sure the quality is pretty spectacular. He previously posted his contact details here. -John
