Wow, what an event Chris put on. He had 3 Locosts, 3 very fast Goblins, 1 Stalker, 1 Caterham, 1 Jag XKE, 1 Corvette, and 1 diesel Rabbit/Golf that drove faster than I could drive. We drove several hundred miles on some very nice roads. We ate a lot of delicious food. And had a great time talking shop. Thank you again, Chris, for a wonderful time. Russ ps: the Caterham was from St Louis so Powerbrake you need to get with this guy

No world, it's NOT a kit car. This is what I started from. Just plain old USA made steel RHS and tube.

My 7 has a Ford Xflow 771M motor. Basically the same as a 711M block. I'm trying to put a electric fuel pump in it and would like to have an oil pressure safety switch to act as a safety shutoff in case of an accident. Trouble is the block oil port is under the intake manifold and a real PITA to get to. On the opposite side of the block, towards the rear of the motor is a bolt in the block. Could I put the oil pressure switch in that port? Russ

Damn!!!!!!!!! That Drakan is nice. I bet it goes a lot higher than $42k -
I carry an old rain cover from a garage sale two man pop up tent. They usually have several elastic straps with tiny hooks on them to use for attachment. Cheap as chips.

Avoid scissor lifts imho. Great for changing tires but in the way for anything underneath the car. Russ

I've had my se7en on Skip's lift. I loved it. I wish I had gotten one like his but no room in my garage for it. I got a scissor lift instead. I HATE IT!!!!. Would not recommend one. Everything is in the way when you want to work under the car. Most se7ens will not drive over the lift (because of ground clearance) without making double 2x8 ramps the entire length of the car. Great for working on tires but that is about it. Russ
