We have several owners in the MD./VA. area who are happy to let someone "try on" a Seven. We have a rewards program for owners who will show their Seven to prospective owners. We can arrange a showing for you. Contact us at info@timemachinesauto.com and we can provide details.

The 620R is available in the US, we have sold and delivered a few. Yes, RHD only. Caterham will engineer and produce a LHD 620 IF we order 20. Not gonna happen! The picture I posted is a 620R that I am delivering 0n 12-20 to New Jersey. Be careful, the US authorities are well aware of the actual build year of cars, the VIN indicates the year of manufacture. Maybe you can register it as a "1957 Lotus Seven" but the WMI VIN year indicator will out you. Do you want your car seized? Ask the guys who misrepresented the actual model year of the Mini or Land Rover they imported....the ones that were seized and crushed!

Perhaps you would like to look at the 620R options/price sheet? No way is it "six figures". info@timemachinesauto.com

The customer had already located someone to look at it. Speed Sport was willing to help but it was not needed. Turned out to be a faulty relay.

The I.D. is 1 5/8" and the primary length is 31" to 33" (they are not exact equal length). The collector in the photo is not "indexed" properly, the spring hooks do align. -

The 620 nose is an option on the Duratec cars. Plus Caterham now has the "Signature" option series with many bespoke options and items available.

If you want to "try on" an SV we have one on hand. We also have customers in the CT/NY/MA area who will show you their car to check the fit. The "track" suspension has uprated springs and shocks vs. the "S" standard suspension or the "R" track day oriented suspension. Here is a video of the "track" suspension at Barber Motorsports park: The standard "R" Sport suspension has adjustable spring collars on the shocks to allow ride height adjustments as well as an alternate mounting point on the upper trailing arm for the DeDion. Some additional information is here: https://www.timemachineauto.com/caterham.html

We can supply one, we have a container of cars and parts coming soon so no UK to US shipping costs.

Shipping next week....still available!

The "R" package on a new Caterham includes a lightweight flywheel as standard. It may not be as light as the aftermarket package but is is reduced in mass.

I talked with Speed Sport and they have a tech who will contact us Tuesday. Thank you for the help.

We have a customer with a 310R (Sigma) kit in Southwestern CT. that has a "no run" issue. We have supplied a new immobilizer as suggested by the factory but no difference. Looking for a tech to visit and help diagnose the issue. We are 350 miles away so it would be easier to pay someone to diagnose this issue. We would of course pay for time and knowledge and supply a cable for the EASIMAP software as well as the software of course. If you or someone you know are capable and willing please contact us: info@timemachinesauto.com
