  1. I might have to swing by if there are goings-on at RA....
  2. Hmm, we might be having quite an Atlanta convoy going by then!
  3. My friend back in Orange, CT (hometown) tracked a seven down (as it was driving around the town) to the owners house. I was in town so we went to the guys house (kinda stalkerish I know...) and it was sitting in the driveway and the owners son was mowing the lawn....We talked a bit (as I had just started my locost) and I got my first ride in a seven. Still am not sure what type it was...but it was an english RHD import
  4. What about a fuel economy test? :leaving:

I am a little curious about the live exercise room, steam room skiiing, and the downhill swimming pool... interesting use of commas
  15. Is there anyone in need of a copilot in the southeast (or anywhere near GA)? I would love to go, and would already be driving past it if my plans for end-of-semester-going-home wern't forced to change. Its hard for me to justify driving to Carisle from atlanta once, then doing it again alone the next week :ack:
  16. I plan on being there saturday and sunday. My last final is friday :/ I hope we can have a good showing!
  17. I'm posting this for my friend Jeff (ival @ locostusa.com) who is running the show... There is a trackday on May 8th, at the Talladega Gran Prix racetrack in Alabama. Admission is $125 per car. Start driving at 8am, finish at 5pm. 3 cars are allowed on the track at a time, and there are 12 slots total. That means a lot of track time. A LOT of track time. The track itself is a motorcycle track, which means tons of run off room. I've been there (with jeff, in my old, zero prep saab 900) and had a ton of fun. There should be no tech inspection, just common sense safety stuff. If you've never been on a track, this is a great time and place to try. For more info on Talladega Gran Prix go to http://tgprace.com
  18. we might have to start our own group....southeast7s.org :leaving:
  19. either get some shorter springs or some at a lower spring rate. Or add cinder blocks...
  20. http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/1037745118__I6P6012_big.jpg Definitely my favorite. I had it made into a ~3' wide poster, but I have nowhere to hang such a strange shape! :]
  21. man you guys get your issues fast! I just got mine yesterday and saw the folis spread. Very cool!
  22. looks good...needs a little more blue to pull off the 'USA' theme. Right now I'd say its just "US" I like the non-adsense advertising. Makes the site seem more like a clubsite for some reason.
  23. I am using the Kirkey Pro street drag seats in my locost. They are extremely comfy, but 15" is the widest I can fit in the car (and a perfect fit for me!). Let me know if you want/need any specific dimensions.
  24. wait...what where? i posted it in off topic as i was so overwhelmed by this beautiful contraption.
  25. not really sure where to post this, and i am a little slack jawed. oh my god this thing is beautiful. I am printing out the pictures to show my locost. Anyone have more info? as seen on Jalopnik http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/images/gallery/12/2008/03/medium_2364082616_0dc786ed20_o.jpg http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/images/gallery/12/2008/03/medium_2364055770_22e223af2b_o.jpg http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/images/gallery/12/2008/03/medium_2363225467_280f07f8e4_o.jpg http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/images/gallery/12/2008/03/medium_2364082950_813fec0bc3_o.jpg http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/images/gallery/12/2008/03/medium_2364083284_96e5535772_o.jpg as also posted on locostUSA, general american banter forum.
