  2. I will make every effort to finish my car by then and drive it up. If I can't finish by then, I will hop in something else and catch up with you guys.
  3. I've only had RA1's, so my review is hardly comprehensive, but I've been happy with them. They have regular tread pattern on them, so occasional wet driving is not a problem at all.
  4. looks like you can't hotlink from ccc... you'll have to save the image and then upload it here, or post a link to that thread.

  20. Funny you should say that... the first long drive I took with the Rotus was about 600 miles through Skyline, down to VA Beach, and back to DC. On the last leg of the trip, I hit rain. Fortunately, I had borrowed my friend's blue tarp as a last minute thought - just to be safe. He forgot to mention it had holes http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/lol.gif. So I pulled over at a McDonalds, put the tarp on, put my golf umbrella under it, and fired up my laptop to surf a little. After a while, I figured I better start the car before the battery runs too low. I (unintentionally) SCARED THE CRAP out of some lady trying to get in her car parked next to mine. http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/lol.gif She never suspected somebody would be under the tarp.
  21. Dash mockup shots... for a few of you who had seen my dash and LCD display before... My old LCD was hardly visible during the day. This one rocks (although it's bigger and heavier). It can easily be seen even at high noon in direct sunlight. Plus, it's slightly larger, so I should be able to display gauges and GPS side by side now http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/smile5.gif Here are a few mockup shots: http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/slngsht/Dash/dash1.jpg http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/slngsht/Dash/dash2.jpg http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/slngsht/Dash/dash3.jpg http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/slngsht/Dash/dash4.jpg

  23. To the kit manufacturers who frequent here... I'm curious, what are the liability insurance requirements? http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/bigear.gif
