Klasik-69 Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Yes, no problem on my end. However the mold is heavy so UPS freight could be steep. I'll weigh the mold next week and give you its dimensions. Or I see if I have a wing I pulled off the mold to send you to make a temp mold. I'll check after the weekend, it's at my car shop.
SouthySuper Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 The only contribution I have is that superglue and baking soda is commonly used to repair CF helicopter rotors and airplane propellers. This may offer a shortcut to repairs / down time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
wemtd Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 Is there any consensus on how many nylon bolts to use? I just received mine today and wonder if there is a critical mass to secure the rear arch without there being too much resistance to breakaway? Eg: Two at front/rear end, one or two at the top and holes open in-between.
yellowss7 Posted April 27, 2018 Author Posted April 27, 2018 (edited) Hi Paul, I think I've used about 6 or so total. two on the leading edge Two on the trailing edge and two at the top. Space them out and see if the wing seems firmly attached and snugged up to the sideskin. I've ripped wings off now 3 different times, the same one twice on yellow and the carbon one on Orange. I've repaired the yellow wing twice and the carbon one once with no damage to the sideskins and they take a licken and keep on ticking. If you use one less or a couple more I don't think it would make much difference either way. Tom Edited April 27, 2018 by yellowss7
