The opposite thing that happened to me on my yellow 1979 Caterham.  I was told the rear axle was Morris Marina.  Ordered Quaiffe TorSen and 4.11/1 gears.  Turns out it was was Ford axle.  Grr.  Venders were very nice to me and took back the stuff and got me the correct stuff.  No worries with my present 1991.  DeDion that already has a conventional LSD.  I probably won't mess with it.

How fast is a Caterham really? | Sigma 140 Supersport vs 42 other race cars

Wow.  This is why I do USA-style autocross.  I have neither the talent nor the courage to drive in traffic like that.

It appears Caterham has more room in the pedal box than LM002

No.  I have driven both.  The LM002 has a bigger pedal box than an S3 Caterham.  Its about SV sized but a better shaped box.   I can drive an LM002 in Hoka sneakers - something I cannot do in a Caterham.

However, the LM002 is like driving a cruise ship which is decidedly not Caterham like.

Is there anything you haven't driven/done/ country you havent been to??? :classic_ohmy:

Is LM002 genuinely enough of an experience to want to own or is this something that looks good in someones elses driveway to admire from a distance?
