Finally Vacation! Anyone in the Bay Area like to go enjoy the East Bay Hills?

Hi All,

Finally finished up with school yesterday and have some time off. If anyone in wants to come out and enjoy a nice drive in the East Bay Hills give a shout. It would be fun to get some of the local 7 owners together.

 

I was thinking about leaving form my place in Oakland, doing a loop and then cooking some stuff on the grill.

Unfortunately I am out of town, but would definitely be fun to get some seven owners together for a drive. Morgan Segal (orange superlight in walnut creek) just got his car back up and running; we've been talking about doing a drive soon.

My car is on stands at the moment, but I do agree we should try to get all the Bay Area 7s together for a drive sometime. Although I live in the Eastbay, my vote would be for a peninsula drive, as the road condition is typical much better. Also more posing spots - 4 corners, Alice's, turnoff on 9 etc.

You might check out, and join, the Golden Gate Lotus Club, gglc .org.  They have lots of events, including nice drives.  A bunch of good people who enjoy proper cars and welcome Caterhams.

Also out of town but theoretically interested after mid January.

 

GGLC is fun, bummed I missed their drives in 2022.

Meh, eliges are a dime a dozen. I think a gaggle of just 7s would be a sight to see. I know that before I got mine, I would have been thrilled to see a group come through to check out. I'd only ever seen one 7 in the wild, and not up close.
