John B Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 So my Caterham started running like crap. Rough idle and won't rev above 2,000. I connected to my ECU and saw a TPS fault. I removed it, and it feels "crunchy" when I rotate it with a screwdriver. So, I need a new one, but what is it? Can anyone help me here? The engine is a 2.4L Hasselgren build with a Cosworth barrel throttle. The only markings visible on the TPS are 343 and 2038 in white paint and CBA embossed in the plastic. Any help is greatly appreciated! Best to all, John B
KnifeySpoony Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 It's a standard ford TPS - you can pick it up at a ford parts counter, or get an offbrand equivalent online for dirt cheap.
