I need help finding the correct Lifeline quick release steering wheel adapter for my 2006 Caterham 7.
I’m setting up an alternate wheel from the Momo. The Lifeline quick release adapter that’s on the car with the Momo wheel has no numbers for reference.

The current adapter is a 3 hole version.

Thoughts on this please.

Thanks for your help!

Ditto. It sounds like you need a momo six hole "touring weld-on" adapter and have the three hole "formula weld-on". I expect the only difference is the hub pattern with the same weld-on shaft for both.

I'd ping Lifeline USA to confirm that their current 3-hole adapter will still fit your setup.  Their phone number is in the upper right corner of the page: https://www.lifeline-fire.com/lifelineformulacarweld-onquickreleasesteeringadapter.aspx

Called Lifeline this morning, had a great and informative conversation with them and the unit is on the way already!

Thanks for the help!

Piggybacking here.

Who has the best QD that bolts up to the standard Cat steering column, that is a small hub for a 3 spoke Nardi type wheel?  I've decided the Mountney is too small and heavy.

I bought the QR and top shaft from them.  The QR is already attached to the upper column.  Easy installation they are very nice to deal with.

OK, that's better. The writing does not state that they come attached.

Did you have any problems pulling the upper shaft out?

No problems.  There are some threads here about pulling it out.  I made sure that the steering wheel lock was not engaged by turning the ignition on.  Mine came right out.  Some guys have had to use a bit of force.   It is possible to damage the white plastic bushing that is in the dashboard so I bought a spare.
