Did a stupid thing, I sold a 5 point harness set and inadvertently included my lap belt (clip in side) Called the guy but he is ignoring me Anyone got the lap belt for a 3" 5 point hanging around? or a 5 point for sale

Tried the Kendoin Smart Car trailer..... that did not work, the approach was to steep and the car bottomed out half way up (I also have lowered floors) and lifting the back while loading defeats the whole object of "simple" The are calling me today about a new model not in production yet don't know if you have seen this but it was an earlier model they produced The thing is storage, a folding trailer works for the wife I can store it in the garage The tilt works for me as iot is easy on and off, if the Aluma 6812 works for the car I think that is the best compromise (fits in the garage with the car on it). I have a place that has a 6812 on the lot and will be driving up to check it out The pivot point I had not thought about, the approach angle (if the nose hits first) I can solve with race ramps. For a start you will need to replace the wing stays to accommodate the larger dia rims check the Caterham Parts page for the correct stays The width may mean they will stick out passed the front wings which is OK just doesn't look that great and go through any water and be prepared to get wet

I have a pair if Caterham Tillets than have been modified (all the cloth bits removed for JK seat pads painted and lacquered) The seats are in overall good condition but both have stress fractures just below the headrest It does not really affect the seat but I wanted full disclosure You can kind of see the fracture in the photo it is the same on both. I stripped out the Caterham cloth in favour of the JK composite seat pads one set has been attached but could be removed with care (I used industrial velcro) the other set is unmounted. I used the two teardrop pieces on the side of the seat that has the pads installed as opposed to the shoulder area of the seat I thought it would give me a snug fit in the seat (which it does) I also started to add a bead around the seats but only got to one if you wanted to do the other the beading is on ebay and cheap. The pads have never actually been outside as I am rebuilding the car for street use and these were a purchase toward that end. They do not come with the runners so you will need to add these or use them in a fixed position.
