  1. As Al said, we'll make a sticky of it in the general section until a couple of weeks after the event, so everyone gets to enjoy it.

  5. Can you make sure you manually copy and paste the link into a new window? The link is http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/default.asp?HideImages=1 Is the image resizing a new issue on Macs for today?
  6. I'd say 3 sub 10-second passes max, without maintenance or teardown of any part of the drivetrain. I haven't seen the car, but if it really is putting down 650 horses, the car can't be that small. I think the bike runs about similar numbers (less MPH). The fact that it can even hold for one pass is very impressive. Dragging my car is among the first things I'll get to when the cage goes in. I will be very happy with mid 10's on R compounds. 9.8 is just insane.
  7. who view this site at work If you want to be less obvious about it, you can now come to the site via this link to supress all images. You can bookmark that link for future use. (NOTE: when you click on this link, images will show up, but if you bookmark the link, open a new browser, and open the link from there, you should see no images). If you want to see images, go to the normal usa7s URL. Hopefully I didn't break too many things to do this one.

  19. False alarm. Bart is keeping his car :hurray:
  20. A very loud, unattractive, mean-acting woman walked into Wal-Mart with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. The Wal-Mart Greeter said pleasantly "Good morning, and welcome to Wal-Mart. Nice children you have there. Are they twins?" The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, "Hell no they ain't." "The oldest one's 9 and the other one's 7. Why the hell would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or just stupid?" "I'm neither blind nor stupid, Ma'am," replied the greeter. "I just couldn't believe you got laid twice." "Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart."
  21. Not the same at all... in this case, the people killed had nothing to do with the crime. A more appropriate example would be: Your son runs with a bad crowd and is persuaded to serve as the lookout while they stick up a liquor store. While the robbery is taking place, someone in the sidewalk across the street is looking at the action instead of watching where they are going. He trips and hits his head on the curb and dies. The store clerk does not resist and the perps walk away with $200 without hurting anyone. They are charged with murder b/c the idiot across the street didn't watch what he was doing.
  22. Jeff, BTW, starting next year, I will be venturing down to VIR and Summit to run HPDE. Mods for this off season include a roll cage, and fixes to a few other problem areas. Now you'll just have to teach me how to drive
  23. Thanks for the writeup... looks like your rear brakes made the car a handful in a few spots. Another 100 horses may have helped too. That viper disappeared REAL FAST
  24. I will give that a shot. Thanks
