With winter modding season almost upon us, I've started my list: 1. First and foremost, new hood, cowl, windshield: Planning to modify my old hood with a hood scoop, fab a new curved cowl, and do something for a windshield. 2. New front Aarms. I still have the temporary Aarms I fabbed up to get the car to the dragon in '07. They are asymmetrical (one leg of the A is straight) and rub against the wheel if I turn too sharply, like while parking. --------------EVERYTHING BELOW THIS LINE IS OPTIONAL -------- 3. IRS. I have a Jag rear sitting in the garage already. Idea is to improve ride quality. It has inboard brakes, so it should really lighten the unsprung weight back there. 4. [cough] power steering [/cough]. With the 1750lb curb weight, and beefy 275's in the front, steering effort is high at parking lot speeds. I'm going with an electric power assisted steering (i.e. no hydraulics). The final product should have a knob on the dash to adjust steering effort (0 assist to max assist). We'll see how that goes. 5. Better looking rear fenders 6. Different seats 7. Rear deck lid

Hi Hank, that's for the domain name... their service works fine. The problem is the compay that is hosting the php application and database for us.

We switched to the current one back in February, and their performance was excellent - but lately there has been nothing but trouble. Site is down way too often, slow page load times, etc... So, hang in there, I'll go looking for a new host.

no driving for me today. Went to a Lotus event yesterday with Scott L., Michael D., Norm B, Dermott, and Dean. I believe my car was the only one there without all body panels. I'm paying for it today with allergies.

A couple of weeks ago, Jack and Jen crashed our pad overnight on their way back to NJ. I run into one of my neighbors while on a walk this morning. He stop me and says: what was that car in your driveway a couple of weeks ago. That thing was INCREDIBLE. So I explain to him that their car is a proper Seven. Then he is like "so THAT's how your car is supposed to look?" :smilielol5:. I say yes... He follows it up with "so, when are you gonna get done?" Tough crowd.
