  1. hard to believe that much rust on a 99 MB. I think they learned a few things from Chrysler too
  2. That's a good question to ask the seller. Obviously its engine management system is not off any production car.
  3. I've already warned him about that. In fact I won't even show him my seven until he has seen and touched a real one. LOL
  4. It's not an option yet - I have to upload some skins, then you will be able to select from them. I spent about 4 hours looking through them, and didn't quite find one that would work with our old logo - which I really liked. Feel free to look online for them. Here is a list of free ones: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=95 If you guys can find a few I can upload them, and you can use them as optional skins.
  5. Yes, the club member category is on my list. I will try to get it done by the end of the week.
  6. Yes, there were some things that were broken. The old search functionality was basically non-functional. You could not retrieve old threads with it. On an almost weekly basis, I had someone contact me because the forum would not let them log in. This wasn't a case of the problem being between the keyboard and monitor. There was some type of cookie management problem with the old site. In two years of running on it, there was no upgrades. The youtube functionality, as well as a couple of other things, I had to write myself. There are a ton of features on the new site that you should feel free NOT to use if you choose not to. They're available if you'd like to use them. Finally, club officer elections are coming up this may. You're free to run. Members elect the officers, officers run club operations. The old forum had several different skins, and this one will too, if you don't like the plain looks. It's not the most pressing item on the agenda right now. Lastly... This was posted 9 days prior to the migration: http://www.usa7s.com/vb/showthread.php?t=3289&highlight=vbulletin
  7. proper driving position should be close enough to the wheel to have your elbows comfortably bent to give maximum freedom in moving your hands around the steering wheel. I have mine so I have about a 30 degree bend in my elbows.
  8. I picked up an electric guitar starter set today. Actually, it'll be here in a few days. I've never played any musical instruments before. I guess some lessons are in order.
  9. hmmm... my son has one of these... I'd be hilarious just to see people's reaction http://odforce.net/uploads/237/gallery/10/stormtrooper_helmet15.jpg
  10. I think there is a Colin Chapman quote that says:
  11. well, it looks like the current owner has had it for a couple of years. Maybe some Ohio members have seen this car before or know who it used to belong to?? http://www.race-cars.com/carsold/other/1185553968/1185553968ss.htm
