  1. .....well
  2. Time for another Storker, hey Bob. :driving:
  3. oh...it’s your tone of voice. :jester:
  4. :smilielol5:Croc? Know shame?:smilielol5:
  5. Thats what I’d do. It’s going to be interesting to follow the rebuild. Looking forward to seeing it come back to life, especially with the Miata drivetrain.
  6. I sense a trend in these responses...I’m thinking more along the lines of his taking his driver’s test in the beater Miata. As for the “Boss of the House”, she watched the video and said, “You’re killing me”. I’ll take that as a compliment. :jester:
  7. Today, it finally happened. My son, who’ll be turning sixteen at the end of the month, took the wheel of the Stalker for the first time. He was three years old when I first purchased the kit in 2006 and has been around this car for the better part of his life with the exception of the time Mike Sharkey owned the car from 2007-2012. Prepping my son to drive a stick starting with a cosmetically challenged ‘99 Tenth Anniversary Miata we purchased earlier this year. I put together a short video that covers a little of the journey and finishes up with a bit of wheel time in the Stalker.
  8. Thought I’d share. This happened in El Dorado last Friday. An F-150, street racing, struck a school bus that was stopped for a drop off. The truck impacted the bus at at least 105mph (zoom in on the interior photo and you can see where the speedometer failed). The impact pushed the bus 75’. Fourteen taken to the hospital for injuries. No fatalities, including driver of the truck. Driver of the truck had no insurance and was running a license plate not registered to the truck.
  9. Poor, poor Less. Tell Pee Wee the green beast awaits!
  10. OK...I’ll bet it was the toilet brush. :jester:
  11. Nice color choice on the com units...I can hear you over in AR! :jester:
  12. I do remember that print....should have pulled the trigger.
  13. Oh....come on now, Bob. After a couple of months, and a couple of drives, I’ll buy it back!:smilielol5: Good luck with with the sale.
  14. LOL! Bob, you go through Storkers like Croc goes through tires. Hey, when that one sells, do you, Less and PeeWee want to buy mine? :seeya:
  15. Tell Dave I said hello!
  16. Great shots, Jack. Who does the 7 in the background belong to?
  17. Andrew, I can get the planets to align, would you be interested in running together at Barber sometime in November?
  18. Suave is sooooo jealous right now.
  19. Picky, picky...just let me have my moment. :cuss:
  20. Woke up this morning and had to settle for car gurus...WTH?
  21. Thanks for posting.
  22. If it we’re in a Storker, it would have to be called a Storoker. :jester:
  23. No photo, but I’d say no. The 383 is most likely a SBC iron block. Probably someone’s own version.
  24. 9.5x17. I’m running Ultralite fenders (or what’s left of them:)). Any wider on rim width and I either start rubbing the inside of the body panel or the tire/wheel combo begins to protrude outside of the fender. With the slicks, I don’t mind the protrusion. But for the street, the 9.5 keeps the aesthetics kosher.
