  1. Yessir! :iagree: When I first glanced it on the Bat phone, I thought it was a Cat. Excellent build.
  2. Thanks . . . . .
  3. Dave, Where did you pick up the wind screen? Shane
  4. Come on now, the 80's weren't that bad. :smilielol5:

    Well . . . .

Good heavens!!!!! Not again!!!! Worse than fire ants! :spam::spam::spam:
  6. Clearly . . . . . :smilielol5:
  7. Dave, Welcome to the forum. Great looking car!
  8. I missed this one somehow . . . pretty awesome. Any known video of the car? Tried boobtube with no luck.
  9. Chris, great perspective!
  10. Mike, I think it's the headlights; gives the car 'the look'. :jester:
  11. Stewart, that's the same thing my wife tells me! :smilielol5:
  12. After reviewing some on-track video of #85 (and having some discussion with other Stalker owners on the Stalker forum), extreme hood venting (for lack of a better term) was taking place once well into the triple digits. Air being forced into the front of the scoop at high speed was building under-hood pressure faster than the air could evacuate (of course, this is all theory and will have to proven on the track ). My resolve for the issue is a mixture of one old NACA duct (modified and reversed), one set of fender louvers originally designed for a 1987 Buick GNX (you guys remember those, right?) and a small piece of 8x8 spec aluminum wire mesh from McMaster-Carr (not yet installed): http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=26697 . . . . . :smash:
  13. John, Wish I could, but with my limited photo shopping skills (using a very archaic Paint program), this is the best it would do.
  14. Yeap, you're safe, right up till it morphs into the Westfield-eating-SUV-from-hell? :jester: . . . . .
  15. There you have it . . . . signed. :flag:

    Well . . . .

Okay, Manshoon11, get your list back out. :jester:
  17. You're killing me. And Sauvé isn’t helping any; he’s rolling around on the floor, laughing uncontrollably. I think he’s about to wet his fluff. :smilielol5:
  18. xcarguy

    Well . . . .

    . . . . . . :spam::svengo:
  19. The fun has begun. Glad to see you're also adding photos to the Stalker gallery
  20. How did you like my first-lap 360⁰ panoramic shot of turn one? And complete with waving yellow flag. :smilielol5: Now that I think about it, I had issues a couple of times at turn one during the weekend, and I was behind Croc both times. Hmmmmm.
  21. Tom, Absolutely in 4th coming out of the bowl. 120 in 2nd . . . I wish. :jester: Also, just to reiterate, I jacked up the Traqmate settings with a firmware update (shame on me) and didn't recalibrate the tach. On a couple of runs down the straight (second session video), I'm actually hitting the rev limiter (in 4th) at 6600 rpm. Carl's (your) car is gonna rocket down the straight. Before you know it, you'll be pushing the go pedal through the floor . . . with a big grin, of course. :driving:
  22. . . . . . . . . :dupe:
  23. Here ya go, Steve . . . . . . . . . :jester:
  24. xcarguy

    Well . . . .

    This is getting really scary.
