  1. I agree; it's an interesting idea. I'm not sure why the builder only opted to put in a V6.
  2. The lights look great on your car. It looks much better than the tinsel.
  3. Why Jaz? Have you considered RCI? They fabbed a custom size for me for around $200.
  4. I think the price is fair. The car appears to be well sorted.

  6. Okay, I couldn't wait until winter to start on my brake project. I messed up the rotor grease seal on the passenger front side, so I am sidelined for a couple of days. If any Stalker owners are interested in buying my old front/rear disc brake setup, shoot me a PM. http://i67.tinypic.com/x396hx.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/66azjt.jpg http://i64.tinypic.com/xeetqw.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/14c40pj.jpg
  7. Give me a holler when you're ready to get it down to the CSP. I may be able to assist with getting it through the VIN process.
  8. Looks very nice - classic look and wheels. Thanks for sharing!
  9. They do not. Likely going with these... https://ipsco.org/Custom%20Services/Parking%20Brake.htm That stated, I'm in no rush as I have never needed a hand brake.
  10. My Storker will be stopping on a dime in no time. Actually, installing these monster brakes is my upcoming winter project. Wilwood six piston calipers / 12.19" rotors up front and two piston / 11.5" in the rear. http://i63.tinypic.com/b5g0ok.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/vws4dd.jpg
  11. I was either concentrating or reacting to one of Shane’s farts.
  12. Nice teaser photo - can you post a few more photos please? Colorado is relatively easy, but you have to contact the right people.
  13. I ordered some a couple of days ago. I saw the ad on Facebook.
  14. Besides working on the car, I drive it frequently on our beautiful Colorado roads. The last three photos were taken by Shane (xcarguy). http://i68.tinypic.com/a2xb2s.jpg http://i67.tinypic.com/2w49u9t.png http://i68.tinypic.com/16hl1n9.png http://i65.tinypic.com/2enbznq.png
  15. Here is a pic of the new water pump and hood louvers. Both really help keep operating temperatures consistent under the bonnet. The header wrap turned out nicely. http://i63.tinypic.com/33blr38.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/4kwwlf.jpg http://i68.tinypic.com/fkckk2.jpg
  16. My Storker has undergone several changes over the past few months. By far, my biggest project was adding power brakes. Pressure comes from a Miata brake booster flipped around. All of the other connectors are straight forward aside from a lever from the brake pedal to the booster. My second big project was adding a Meziere electric water pump and Radium Engineering coolant expansion tank. I also replaced the interior aluminum panels with carbon fiber veneer. This was mostly cosmetic, but reduced the car's weight by a couple of pounds. http://i65.tinypic.com/i3uyjk.jpg http://i66.tinypic.com/w1e4xc.jpg http://i67.tinypic.com/5ma5nt.jpg
  17. Glad it wasn't worse and you guys are okay. I see stuff like that happen all the time out here in Colorado; often with bad results. Thanks for sharing your story Shane.
  18. Congrats! Did you remove your bumpers before heading off on your blat?
  19. Perhaps surgery to shorten your legs? If you want to get into a 7, you're probably stuck buying an SV or similar chassis. Good luck!
  20. Wow! #22 is for sale again. Stalker V8 https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/...604497788.html
  21. I missed seeing you there. We had a good time despite the heat. I'll try to get up to the next gathering in Erie.
  22. Skip - Are you coming down to the ACC Concours d'Elegance tomorrow?
  23. Hi Skip, I hope you enjoy your new WRX. I recently traded in my STi Limited for a WRX with the performance package. While the STi had a lot of bells and whistles, the WRX is more fun to drive in the city with the twin scroll turbo. Old: http://i65.tinypic.com/1z85c6.jpg New: http://i67.tinypic.com/vsf57s.jpg
