I suspect noise will be an issue eventually at Palmer. Its up high on a hill which means it will echo over the surrounding valleys.

 

As for run off, I would not want to go off as the catch fences are really close....

Definitely not well-suited to my, er, driving "style":). I would be afraid to try it. Hard to believe a new track is being constructed with so little room for error.

Rock walls, cliffs, boulder fields, mature trees. Very.... beautiful.

 

At the Woody Creek track near Aspen they call those Safety Boulders, they kept you from getting even further off the track. Its the only track I've run on that has a deer flag to let you know one or more deer are grazing in the infield.

That track is for the guys that really know how to drive . . . . . . Or maybe it's for those that really know how to crash. :willy_nilly::jester:
