xcarguy Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Stewart, Just saw the photo from your visit to the USA7s gathering at NJMP; looks like you are progressing very well! :hurray: Here are a couple of photos for continued encouragement; one from last March, following my accident (I too did my share of wheel chair time) and one from two weeks ago, taken right after I took my son and daughter flying. Hang in there, Stewart...and don't sell the 7!!!
MichaelD Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Stewart, Great to see you and your family. What a great group. Thank you all for making the effort to attend. It was one of the highlights for the whole weekend. Maybe next year you will bring the car as well. Prayers for you. Michael
MichaelD Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Glad to see you got rid of the walker and the goat. You were missed this year. Come back to NJMP next year!
Croc Posted August 23, 2016 Author Posted August 23, 2016 Stewart may still need his back brace while the spine fuses/heals plus a wheel chair and, for very short lurches, the crutches, but he did try out his Caterham for the first time since the accident. http://www.usa7s.net/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=11596&stc=1 Way to go!!!! :hurray:
yellowss7 Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 That's Awesome!!! Glad to see you back in the saddle Stewart. Now if you were really smart, you'd get working on putting the engine back in Collen's Elan. Let us know if you want a few of us to come up and give you a hand with the heavy lifting. You can supervise. :seeya: Tom
