Bad news. In my experience that specific badge is very hard to source. Usually only on the used market in the UK and it is typically pretty desired. If I were in your shoes your easiest and quickest replacement option would be to get a regular new black badge, or any other badge that fits and put that style sticker you see above over it. An alternative is still getting a vinyl overlay over the new badge to make the style change. Alastair member on FB group does those, I can share some examples.
