NeoBear
I feel like even asking this question is like "get this guy outta here" but has anyone ever seen or know of a decent cup holder solution for a Seven? Not even something that would hold a big gulp maybe just a small water bottle.

I have been using a soft tool bag filled with a towel laid on the floor with a cup centered in there with mild success on an occasional need. Alex-Ks1
you might want to try a ship gimble holder, they move all about and are always in the "right" position . Nothing spills or falls out . made for cups, glasses and cans . even oil lamps
JohnCh
Are you looking for an actual cup holder, or a hydration solution when going on long drives? If the latter, consider something like this Camelbak. I have an older version that attaches behind the seat (put strap through shoulder harness cutouts or around the headrest.) G-forces don't create a mess, it stays out of the way, and it can be filled with ice to keep the beverage cold on very hot days. -John
NeoBear
I was thinking about trying this on my dash. I have a Ram Mount and it has never fallen off but who knows if this thing will be trustworthy or even stable. Thinking I will give it a shot as all I really want is to hold a small beverage or so nothing fancy. https://www.amazon.com/Kemimoto-Depressor-Universal-Anti-Spill-Surfboard/dp/B09FKYMKZ4/ref=pd_rhf_d_dp_s_crs_dp_rhf_k2p_sccl_1_5/131-4927294-3407068?pd_rd_w=7BQdL&content-id=amzn1.sym.b4b29072-2a46-4040-9ae4-91e4b7e95920&pf_rd_p=b4b29072-2a46-4040-9ae4-91e4b7e95920&pf_rd_r=CQHWJDYPXPKR5DZ1Z85X&pd_rd_wg=qC8ZO&pd_rd_r=e70740f8-c6ed-449d-9bf6-6d85d76a6429&pd_rd_i=B09FKYMKZ4&psc=
Dave W
I made a cup holder using 2 1/2" aluminum flat stock. It form fits to the tunnel. It slips over the tunnel with slight tension so it doesn't move. Looks like an "S" shape on it's side with a flat area for the bottom of the cup. A couple half rings to hold the cup at the top, that pivot to adjust for diameter.
Chopd65
I have one of these mounted on a touring motorcycle, the holder itself disconnects easily from the mount so it is hardly noticeable when removed. The mount is fairly generic and possibly adaptable to your needs. https://kruzerkaddy.com/stainless-kan-do-kaddy-multi-mount/
NeoBear
I thought I would give an update I went with the above Amazon listed option and it has worked out great. back road drive railroad tracks over all it has got the job done. Of course, if your dash is like leather or some fabric this may not be an option for you.
