Still looks good, so the new owner will have plenty of fun. Similar to you I recall it came from George Alderman of MidAtlantic Caterham. 1

To find old posts search by the member name linked below back in pre-2009 years. Calling @Al N. to chime in here. Not sure he comes here any more.
JohnCh Posted June 28 Posted June 28 Morgan's username here and on CCC was Mopho. This link will take you to all his USA7s posts, and this link will take you to all his posts on CCC. I did find the thread where the car was tuned on Bisimoto's dyno: https://www.californiacaterhamclub.com/forum/caterham/events/1400-dyno-time. He picked up quite a bit of power that day. 1
dsscats Posted June 28 Author Posted June 28 Thanks for the info! A couple shots from my first shakedown yesterday: 3
Al N. Posted June 28 Posted June 28 That was indeed my old car, which I sold to Morgan. I purchased the car in 2005 (or 2006?) from a short-lived dealership out of Arizona (Rex Mazonowicz (sp?)) and was a very nice spec for a US car back in the day. ITBs for the win! I made a few upgrades over the time I owned the car. FWIW, if the filter is crumbling to the touch, I might just remove it for now...especially if you are driving it in not so dusty conditions. Better than the engine aspirating a chunk of foam. Remember to oil your new filter — and while you're at it, admire the bonnet cutout that a local shop did for me back in the day. Running out for some errands, but will chime in more later. 1
Vovchandr Posted June 28 Posted June 28 I believe this is the car and its one of the most memorable 7 photos out there by Morgan 4
