racerdad
http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/1694819699_TheSs.jpg Hey guys, Just joined the forum and wanted to say hi. We have been looking at this site for a number of months and I must say you all seem like a very enthusiastic bunch! We have an Elise and just returned from a most cool anniversary weekend slaying the Dragon 129 and playing in formula cars at Road Atlanta!!!! Do I have a cool wife or what??!! We are looking at doing a 7 as soon as garage space allows. We look foward to talking with you all in the future. P.S. That is my wife in #77 car and me in #29. 11Budlite
Welcome aboard Todd! "Do I have a cool wife or what??!!" - That's a pretty easy question to answer!! "We are looking at doing a 7 as soon as garage space allows" - Thankfully they don't take up much space!! slngsht
Welcome aboard. And nice pass on wifey (if she chuckles at this, she's cool ) http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/922765041_nicepass.JPG
racerdad
You guys are hilarious! This is wifey, BTW... hubby is in the den watching a Steven Segal movie. He'll write a reply tomorrow night. It took me a couple of seconds to figure out that you edited the photo... very cool move! Anyway, Todd gets a kick out of reading the rhetoric on this forum so I told him that he should become a member. He's very new to the computer/internet (two finger typer) and only knows how to surf for old cars/parts. Regarding our garage space... we have 3 stalls filled plus 2 vehicles in the driveway, 1 in storage and another at the inlaw's house. All works in progress except the 2 daily drivers and the Elise. We're hoping to move out of this deed restricted community soon so we can build a bigger garage and workshop. Thanks for the welcome... and the chuckle (yes, I did!). I hope she enjoys it as much as I do so I dont have to burn so many kitchen passes in the future.

Taber10
Totally disregarding the above comment about Florida drivers, what part of FL are we talking? I have a Caterham 7SV in the "lower Alabama" region of FL just north of Ft Walton Beach. I don't post too often, again, I am part of the "BCC" generation--before computers and cellulars. sparecr
Nice to have you on board. I felt like I was getting trouble for letting the wife drive the 7 last year during our Tail event, maybe I was right. I have one up here in AL also if passing through. So are you in NJ/KY or FL most of the time. And don't forget a few of us are getting together in Carlisle, PA next month. That NJ 7 that is for sale should be there. racerdad
We would love to do a mountain drive this summer... please keep us informed of any events. If we bring our 8 year old son we may have to take our 124 spider... not to worry as we will put Lotus badges on it!! Presently, we spend most of our time in FL but intend to make a transition up north in the next year. Endless summer is NOT all that it is cracked-up to be and it gets VERY, VERY OLD!! When is event in Carlisle? We'll be in Jersey towards the end of May for about a week. BTW, John, how do you like your Elan? Thanks Guys!
