I inspected this building last year when I was daydreaming about getting a new place instead of more sensibly renovating my current condo:

Putting aside the (major) problem that a 2200sqft 2 bedroom condo was going to cost $7 million :ack::svengo: Somehow I kept my composure with the broker when he said that! And here was me thinking it would be a normal Manhattan 2 bedroom condo price of about $1.5 million (that I still could not afford)!

 

Sadly, my real problem with the condo was that it only had a 1 car garage. I would need at least 2 spaces for the seven and plus my daily driver

One of the cooler homes that I have visited had two three-car sized garages. One of them was the standard fare. But the other was the really cool one. The owner has an Espada and a 246 Dino. This 2nd garage has a pair of glass windowed roll-up garage doors on either side of the front door to the home. So this 2nd "garage" is really the entry to the home. It's sort of a den for the cars.
