  2. I rarely take my bonnet off. As for kids I always let them sit in it. But I make sure the main kill switch is turned off and taken out. One of my favorite tricks is when a parent asks if their child can sit in my car I say"SURE". Then as they are starting to get in I say"it's not mine". Then I have a big laugh. TeeHee. Russ

  4. I'm shocked at this but not surprised. Skip and I were good friends. He came to the first Midwest Se7ens Gathering back in 2008 in KC. My wife and I have stayed at his house. He had one hell of a garage workshop. We had one of his infamous canyon drives with his buddies and me with my 1300cc Xflow powered Locost holding up the pack. I will miss his funny emails and sending ones back to him. He took my wife for a ride in his C8 and scared her to death a few years ago. RIP old friend, Russ
  5. I drove ToD last year for the first time in my daily driver (wives Mazda CX30) and absolutely loved it!!!! I would love to take my Locost down there. Russ

  17. Incidentally the head does not have domed squish areas. It is all flat. So pistons need valve recesses.

  24. When Farley was in business there wasn't too much he couldn't do to a xflow. Depends on how deep your pockets were. But I hear he is down cruising the Caribbean in a sail boat now. Russ
  25. I doubt there is a lot of interest in Xflows in the US of A. Too old school. There is a lot on the Locost Builders UK site. Russ
