  1. Had a great weekend so thought I would share it. Went to see the Nanton Vintage car show and got talking to the organizer, he took an interest in "Her Madge" and told me to park her in with all the other cars. What a buzz, had a terriffic time oogling over the vintage machines and really enjoyed watching the interest shown in my 7. Amazing how many people turned out to view these machines, and great to see the pride on the faces of the owners as they talked about their pride and joys.. ( Me Too )
  2. Super 7 when asked, Linda (my Wife) has named the car( Her Madge ) as in Royalty. So now I take "Madge" for a run.

She really wants to plan a trip to the USA and meet some of you like minded people..we are getting used to the car and building that trust factor before we make a big trip, so far so good. Am going to need some advise on Weber carbs , one not doing what it is supposed to do. Will adress that in another thread some other time. Loveall your comments, thanks guys. Steve

  20. Thanks guys. We took her out for our second run yesterday and got another 120 miles under our belts. Started the day with brilliant sunshine which became huge crosswinds, and finished off with rain.We still had Perma Grin..:jester: Man is this car a crowd puller, everyone from Grannies to Bikers want to check her out. The 7 bug bitten us both so hard, Linda wants to plan our first cross border run. Amazed at just how comfy the car is, could have gone on for a heck of a lot longer. 120 miles didn't seem that much at all. This is going to be an amazing summer...
