Yeah, looking at it more now I think you may be right. There's no clear shot of the front of the valve cover, so there may still be the solenoid, but on a black top that would make it a VCT (what I have). I don't think its that either though because the VCT usually has that marking on the cover as well.
Beyond all that, I think the SVT engine came with a silvertop valve cover.

All that said, Finding a standard Zetec head to replace the VCT I currently have would be nice as well.
