Where in Canada are you?

My Superformance S1 that I bought last December from California is now officially on the road. There has been no hurry since the weather has absolutely sucked this spring! What a difference from my Westfield that I had. The Westie was nice but a little bit of a tight fit being a S2 size. The Superformance is like a Cadillac compared to other Sevens with the fully upholstered interior, locking trunk and glove box, and the ride is so much smoother. They really did hit their goal of making an updated, roomier, more comfortable Seven. Ron.

I know that this is a loooooong shot but does anybody have any extra Superformance doors and soft top? Not sure there were ever any extras available but I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask! Thanks, Ron.

I am disappointed that there is no exclamation mark after the “Clean title in hand” sentence. If your going to put one on every line don’t leave one out! Great comments though! Ron!

Yes the 15 year import rule is great - problem now is that most insurance companies will not insure RHD cars now. I have a Japanese import Autozam AZ-1 that I have had for years and is grandfathered with Hagerty. I don’t dare let the insurance lapse and try and insure it again. My Westfield that I had was converted to LHD by the previous owner who imported it to make insuring it easier. And lastly, that hood on the Silver Jubilee is something only a Mother could love! Ron.

Sorry that’s not the way I roll :smilielol5: It is the blue Superformance S1 from California. I have wanted one for 10 years and have been patiently waiting for them to be 15 years old. Also this is the first one with the original title showing the first registration date - that is when the 15 years start, not the year of the car. I owned a Westfield for a few years but was never completely satisfied that it was the right 7 for me. Hopefully this one will be worth the wait! Ron.

Yes my car can be imported. It is originally from Britain, but I have a lot of original documentation that shows all work done and registration dates. Thanks, Ron.

Always wanted a Prowler and finally pulled the trigger yesterday. Amazing car but feels huge compared to my Westfield😝. Any other Prowler owners here?

Thank you for the responses. Yes it is hard to access any of “their” forums unless you own one! Driven’s post is where i saw the ad originally but i didnt realize it was his (wife’s) car. i have wanted a S1 for many years and told myself i would bring one in to Canada as soon as they are 15 years old. Just hard to find one that has the original title since i need to prove it was completed and titled 15 years ago to the month! i will continue to dig for info on this one. The person selling it sent me some paperwork: it was imported by Dynamic Motorsports in Ohio originally and sold to a person in Bloomington Illinois in June 2004. Hopefully he finished it and had it on the road within 6 months.

Have used my side exhaust Westfield to blow the leaves away from my garage, way more power than my leaf blower!
