  1. 5’9” and 157 pounds here. We are smaller up here in Canada and don’t have “fitment issues!”
  2. Fejer is about 30 minutes from me in case somebody wants me to go and buy it for them.
  3. Worth it just to say you drive a Donkervoort and people saying wtf is that?
  4. Great legal car to import to Canada for anybody looking for one!
  5. Here is a pic of my old Westfield. Pre-lit with post-lit body refitted at some point.
  6. I had a pre lit Westfield and I am close to your build ( just 15 pounds less ). You will fit fine in it but yes you do wear the car you don’t get into it! Ron.
  7. Get the car number. They only made 56 of the Superformance S1’s and with the internet it’s pretty easy to find the history and owner of most of them.
  8. Happy Anniversary!
  9. You took the words right out of my mouth… and I won’t quote the next line of the song!
  10. In the mean time, any pics of the flip side?
  11. If Phil is not interested I’m next in line.
  12. I’ve been looking for a less expensive carbon muffler for 2 years also. I am tempted to order the Blueflame one from overseas. I can’t believe nobody in North America makes one!
  13. Thinking of getting the Black and gold JPS 7 that’s on BAT?
  14. That BDR Caterham sounds amazing!!! And only an hour or so from me……..
  15. Since I don’t have a Westfield any longer, these were never installed and I don’t have the bottom arms. What you see is what I have: 3rd generation wide track top wishbones pair Metalastic Suspension Bushes x4 Wishbone Bolts, washers, and nuts x4 sets Steering rack extensions x2 And I think shock mounts(?) x2 Looking at Westfield website looks like around $275US worth of parts, how about $200US and depending on location subsidized shipping included. Lol. Ron.
  16. Actually the start up on the Viper was important as it helps get rid of lifter ticking that sometimes happens with this big hunk of metal until the pressure builds.
  17. Just bought a Viper with an Accusump and an electric fuel pump - startup is like a 747 check list: turn key 2 clicks, push red Accusump button, wait 20-30 seconds for oil pressure to raise to 20-30 psi, turn on electric fuel pump, turn on engine with key. Reverse for shut down.
  18. I think you made the “7” reversed.
  19. Love the BBQ grill on this one! Never thought of adding one to any of mine. Would just have to calculate how many miles = medium rare! !
  20. Great pics, and hobbies! Yes the Superformance was factory built less engine and tranny. Most installed the recommended Ford 2.0l Zetec. Only about 4 of them in Canada. Waited 10 years to be able to import one (15 year old exemption rule in Canada) I just bought a Polaris Slingshot last September so only got to drive it a couple times before winter hit - looking forward to it this summer. Probably selling my Harley because of the high bike insurance that you mentioned - unless you have a connection for a discount? Lol. Ron.
  21. Finally another Canadian!!! I am just north of Uxbridge so a stone’s throw away. Welcome and good on ya. Ron.
  22. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/203283021933 Beautiful Superformance S1 for sale. Less than 1000 miles and great price.
  23. Mine is pretty easy to change the muffler as the collector ends inside the engine compartment so I can just have a different joiner pipe made up. It has a custom muffler and polished cover that the previous owner had made but the baffles are rattling and driving me nuts! I want to get rid of the polished cover as nothing else on the car is shiny. I really like the look of a carbon muffler - ever since I had my Yamaha R1:)
  24. Seems like a lot of the companies that used to make carbon silencers have gone out of business. Westfield has a 10% off sale until tomorrow night. I emailed them to ask what size inlet their carbon one is but I have not heard back. I need 2 1/2”. I think I will order the Blue Flame unit. They probably make the Westfield one for them anyways.
