The garage and the house that comes along with it are for sale. The wife is well looked after as the house has a two story dressing room and shoe room. As an aside I know one forum member here has a wife with a shoe room bigger than the second bedroom in my condo.

Sadly the garage and house are located in Florida, land of the straight and flat. But for those who have the money, such as Microsoft millionaires, HR flunkeys, psychologists, vets, attorneys, etc, a measly $20M is a drop in the bucket.

Fortunately this poor janitor cannot afford it.

I took the virtual tour. I think this place would be more than adequate:). The game room, which looks like it was inspired by Dave and Busters, has side by side virtual racing machines. That alone makes me want this place. Annual taxes are only 6 figures. I think I'd use that to insist of the county naming the high school after me (Kitcat High). It doesn't say anything about living quarters for the staff needed to keep this place going. Maybe I could use that as a way to get them to knock a mil or 2 off the price?

when you start staffing, put my name in the hat for the garage guru.

Comes with its own race track.

Wow, it is only 1.25 hours South of our current home. Sadly, my spouse is tired of cooking and cleaning and with the acquisition costs, I don't think we could swing any domestic help? Thankfully, I am not that crazy about some of the cars in the "garage" so feel less sad than I could have.

Alas my garage is not big enough and I need something larger....:troll:

My place needs a maid's quarters or failing that somewhere for my track bitch to hide

And for those who were not there, that was one epic funny dinner.

Croc, You could rent your paddock when not using it. It is so clean and tidy that you could rent it out as a Day Surgery Center and take the rental proceeds and pay for support staff at your new Winter home in Thonotosassa, Florida. I'll make sure to pop on down to your new "home" track and see what my porky Vette can do. Bob

Ya know..............I’m really not feeling the love this morning.:toetap05:

And my sash makes you look like you’re sporting a bandanna. Very fitting being that you're such a cowboy. :jester:

I was impressed until I saw the box of Dos Equis on the bench. Hey, at least it's not Fosters, but we clearly need to work on improving your beer palate so it's a better match for your garage.

Nice Croc! And your adjoining racetrack(s) are far superior to the little go-kart-like track on the Florida property. Even your adjoining go-kart track is better than his. Still, for an old guy like me, having 26 bathrooms under one roof would be an asset that your place can't match.

All those bathrooms come in handy for exciting off-track moments. :D But for Croc’s off-track moments, he doesn’t need a bathroom.....he just uses ‘The Bowl’.:smilielol5:
