New Seven 170....but not for us!

Looks like a fun car, particularly at that weight and with those tires.  Side note: it's interesting Caterham is choosing to show the car on their website in what appears to be a paint-to-sample color rather than any of the options listed on the site. Is that the case, or is this an unintentional leak of paint options changing for 2022 cars?

So it was developed specifically for the Japanese market.

 

Only car I know of that does 0-60 in under 7 seconds and can get 58mpg. Oh but I guess that's Imperial gallons, so around 48mpg US. Still pretty amazing.

So visually the only difference is front and rear fenders? That's amazing that two bolt on parts is all it takes to convert Caterham into a Kei car (other than the engine size limit)

I thought the rear fenders looked different.  They seem narrower, more Series 1/2 like.  They would look good with my clamshells, I think.
