MoPho
Morgan; Where was your pic taken? I didn't know that Acme Speed Shop had a store. I'd like to check it out. It was at the Culver City Car show yesterday. They close down the whole downtown area for the show, there was about 500 cars there, though mostly custom and American cars, so the Seven was pretty unique That's actually an Acme vendor tent not a storefront, their booth was behind me (bought a shirt from them) I did meet someone who has an S2 Seven and lives around the corner from me. MoPho
I gave the guy my card, so hopefully he will contact me. I told him about you. I saw the car briefly back in December at a charity event and have some pics on my phone I can upload later, it is in similar condition to how you found yours. dvl
Nice scale pictures. For how few original Lotus 7's there are, it's amazing how frequently they pop up. There's an old S2 autocross car hidden away in the back of a shop here in Pasadena. I stop in occasionally and make offers on it, but the owner plans to restore it one day. MoPho
I heard from the guy I had met at the show, and pointed him to the Seven sites. I gave him your email Ron, I hope you don't mind. I believe this is his S2
Alaskossie
Finally got my Odd Couple together in the work bay of my garage, ready to repair the crumpled cowl on the Seven. Don't worry, the emergency brake is set on the 'Mog. Alaskossie

Your work truck looks like it might be similar to the vehicles in the movie Space Cowboys. Is it a mobile drill rig or some type of firefighting rig or what? WestTexasS2K
Thanks HOTTTCAR. I want to build a bobbed Duece. I assume it rides like a tank. I guess you can always remove some leaf springs and put air bags in for a load.
