MBEARDEN
Awful...he never quite says that he built it..but it cost over $25k and he doesn't want any low ball offers! It may just be me...but the spelling and grammar on Craigslist ads is almost enough to scare me away.

GBOLT
I've seen this car, not a locost, definitely not a 7. Interesting story how he got it. Bought it from a guy trying to finance a sex change operation.
Kitcat
Hopefully, the sex change operation was more successful than this build:).

MMTX
Is it a Seven?... Or a T-Track roadster?...:willy_nilly: The guy who said Yuck! I agree. :puke:
speedwagon
the real question should be how does it drive and handle? Years ago a guy Named Jim Hall showed that autos do work on a sporty track. no it is not a 7 per say but neither is the s1 that i have. Mine takes the place of the well handling track roadster that I will never have time to build, everything is a compromise and I would be willing to bet that there is a track roadster type hot rod out there that can out run any 7ish that one of us have. just couldn't keep quiet. Automoda
But think about this, guys: Someone with a small amount of fiberglass skill could build a new nose etc for it that had some style and suddenly he's got a pretty cool hot rod. Mmm? Its one of the facts about sevens-- most of the good looks is in the front 1/3!
timax
I'm a bit over any clubman being called a "Lotus" ! If it came out of the Lotus factory its a Lotus. If it came out of the Caterham factory its not. End of story. This cars add should be pulled for false advertising. Call it what it is not what you wish it was.
