1. ^^^ He got me too. I thought it would be a garage cam and at night he'd turn the garage lights off. hahahah
2. Mike: Thank you for pointing that out. I edited my original post and put a link to where I viewed the thread on the WSCC site. Thanks to everyone posting pictures of this year's show!
3. ^^^ Thank God!
4. Very nice video! I love that camera angle. Are there any plans by GoPro or something one can do to lessen the wind noise?
5. Although I didn't make it this year, I found a thread [from WSCC forum] with a TON of pictures of poorly built "tuner" cars in the parking lots surrounding the 2010 Carlisle Show. It is hard to believe some of the cars shown in the thread below entered the car show. Word of caution: no nice cars appear in the thread below. http://zilvia.net/f/off-topic-chat/321517-carlisle-2010-pictures-what-you-missed.html :puke: Now, can everyone else post pictures of the NICE CARS that attended? [Edited to insert proper notation for source of link posted above]
6. Thanks for posting Tom! There is also a video of the electric version doing some drifting.
7. I'm headed to San Francisco this morning for business. I will be there until Wednesday morning. Any Se7en owner(s) want to meet up so I can put a face with a board username? Maybe I can actually see and take a ride in another Se7en! So far I'm scheduled to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge and tour Alcatraz on Sunday. The rest of the trip is daytime meetings for work. Everything else is up in the air. Forecasted weather doesn't look too great either. If anyone is interested shoot me an email: design@henry-bell.com. If California doesn't like my cellphone for checking email I will check this board frequently. Thanks in advance!
8. I see what he did there.

nice trike

Since it technically has 4 wheels touching the ground is it still a trike? Louisiana law may beg to differ. That's a custom automobile!
10. Ain't nothing like a hyperventilating woman to get the blood flowing... :blueangel:
11. ^^^ Lmao!
12. Beautiful group of cars. 1408 lb! WOWZERS.
13. How do they handle traction issues with the independent electric motors? It looked like the inside tire was lit up a few times in the middle of the course. I wonder if there is an electronic traction control device of some sort?
14. Especially since I had to go on a diet to fit in mine.
15. Anybody here drive this Seven? http://www.1320video.com/img/OneLap2010/IMG_6041.sized.jpg http://www.1320video.com/gallery/OneLap2010?page=11 Images 6031 - 6049
16. Stuff like this makes me angry. I don't like being angry.
17. I was not in their slipstream because they were weaving in and out of traffic. I kept my distance to make sure I didn't become a statistic. Spaz: :ack: Slngsht: :Chevy_anim:
18. Might have been video of a Chevy LT1 with *gasp* Opti-Spark! :willy_nilly:
19. I drove to the Lakefront in New Orleans a few weekends ago for a large car meet put on by the local ricers. I filled the Megabusa up (11 gallons) and the caravan I drove down with cruised at 85-90 mph from Baton Rouge to New Orleans. We drove roughly the same speeds coming back home. When I topped the tank off later that evening I calculated out to be 22.17 mpg. This next tank I will be trying my best to drive like a paw paw. I think I can get 30+ out of it. I was expecting much less from a car with the aerodynamics of a brick.

My NSX

Oyagi, Great action shots! Quick question, is USA one of the only countries that the NSX is badged as an Acura instead of a Honda?
21. That's a helluva story there!
22. Yep, they're backwards. It also keeps dirt out of the piston if you flip the shocks around. Thanks for the quick reply on the Hoosier specs.
23. Troy, Thanks for the additional pictures. Are your front shocks on backwards? There has been a few discussions on flipping the shock body around closer to the center of mass for the Seven and leaving only the shock piston near the wheel. It helps quicken the rate of change for the wheel due to the inertia change. Nitron (shocks on my Seven) helps users out by putting the stickers on and if a builder puts the shocks on incorrectly the logo is upside down. Nice looking Seven you have there. Do you have the specs on the Hoosiers? How much does she weigh?
24. Looks like a Miata club got together to build a real racecar. Epic fail ensued.
