  1. I wonder how much the first 'wrecked' C7 would bring at BJ? :Chevy_anim:
  2. Just scored a set from Moss; arrived yesterday . . . the projects continue. :willy_nilly:
  3. If you treat a seven with this stuff, will it make it faster?
  4. I'm on my third seven ownership session; the car I own now I've owned once before. So, guess what I keep going back to??? . . . You will too if you sell yours. I agree with your wife; you won't be happy without it. :iagree: Save yourself some heartache and keep the car. While you’re at it, grab some steaks for the grill. :hurray:
  5. With regard to the charcoal grill, I have to disagree; it shows off the strength of the man. :jester:
  6. Mike, If you can locate the “original” relay for the pump, check the ground (85). This may be the issue. I sent you a pm; call if you want. Shane
  7. Mike, The fuel pump is a high-draw item and should have a relay in the mix. To reiterate Dale’s post, the ECU on EFI cars usually powers the fuel pump relay. During start (pre-start: ignition key to on) the fuel pump should prime the system and then shut off. Once the car is started (engine running), the fuel pump should turn on and operate until you shut off the ignition. Here is a common electrical schematic for an electric fuel pump. 85: power to the relay from the ignition 86: ground for the relay (ground for 85) 30: power from the battery (fuse block) 87: power to the pump When power is applied to 85 via the ignition, a connection is 'powered' closed between 30 and 87 allowing power from the fuse block to be routed to the pump.
  8. I have a TKO 600 for sale on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/160972176155?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 SOLD! :smash:
  9. This could give new definition to the term 'stone cold'.
  10. Most excellent documentary! :hurray:
  11. Duane, Something else to consider—I researched spoilers, wings, etc. for several weeks before I made the purchase. I didn’t buy the Cosmo wing because I thought it was the best; I purchased it because it seemed to be the best fit and the best all-around component for what I was attempting to accomplish. The majority of my research went into the location of the wing’s mounting points and the distance between the mounting points (where the wing bolts to the uprights, i.e., support brackets supplied with the wing). In short, I wanted mounting points as close as possible to the spreader bars on my roll cage so I could use the Coleman Racing and Longacre hardware accordingly. You can purchase straight from Cosmo, but their eBay deals are usually much better. Here’s a link to their web site: http://www.cosmoracing.com/productlist.asp?cid=47 Shane
  12. Duane, The Coleman Racing brackets which hold the wing and support rods (Longacre) are roll bar mounted. Unbolt these brackets from the roll bar and the whole assembly can be easily removed. The wing was an ebay score from Cosmo Racing out of Canada. I have a similar front wing (also Cosmo) that isn't mounted yet. I have to come up with mounting for the front wing that is easily removable because my nose and hood are one unit and flip forward on a hinge. I've been doing several winter projects on the car and the front wing is last on the list. Shane
  13. :drool::drool: $$$$$$$$$ :svengo:
  14. Here's what I did. http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=20677
  15. Dale, Good to hear form you. I'll try and make the OK meet, but can't promise (family outings during summer). However, I am planning on making the Ambush this year; my first. I've been pretty busy with winter projects of #85, but I'm on the down hill run after tonight and should be on the road in another couple of weeks.
  16. Is this Dale with chassis #4?
  17. Mbearden, I think we have talked before. At the time' I was having an Isotope green Birkin built down in Texas; that didn't turn out so well. This past summer, I repurchased the Stalker I once owned.
  18. Way past ready. Been itching to drive, but have been down for most of the winter for various projects. Still not done; pulling the engine and tranny tomorrow for a trans swap . . . then finish the wiring, seat belts, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah. :nopity:
  19. Ouch . . . I think I just got slammed by another Stalker owner. BTW, I really like what you've done with #11. Hope to see it at the Ambush this year.
  20. Are there any other sevens in Arkansas?
  21. Won't stay together for more than one wash.
  22. I remember some of the 'post' High & Mighty cars built and raced by the Ramchargers.
