I am currently using these on my 7. these tyres will be much stickier that the t1r. the R1R has been anecdotaly better on lower weight cars(2200-2700# cars).

the honda engine is too tall. the duratec only fits with a lower than oem valve cover iirc.

r888, Ra1, or yoko A048 would be the best bet to handle street and light track work. after that its the max performance street tyres like the bridgestone re-01r, re-11r Kumho XS, Dunlop Z1 StarSpec, or yoko advan a007/a008. iirc the ultralights usually run 17" wheels so u should have a good selection of tyres.

i would just like to reiterate the desire for a stand alone usa7s 2011 meet. while combining the weekend w/ LOG 29 makes sense in the economic and summer time frames this year., I would like to see the plans for Branson only shelved and not binned.:yesnod:

Tom, in 2007 I went out 81. I think it may be wiser to take that route 76->81 to avoid any possible traffic in the Philly/DC corridor. next queston is where is the way point for the overnight stay.

i'm planning 16.5 hours from NY. definitely a 2 day trip for a single driver not to burnt out the following day.

i guess i'll be going to LOG and USA7s 2009 after all:jester:
