  1. ITBs or stock intake plenum? It sounds symptomatic of a dirty MAF sensor.
  2. i need a shifter kart and fast so i can mock this up. brilliant idea. http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/1785636125_tank.jpg cover pic for the 1st club newsletter! http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/2044563295_bra.jpg
  3. not to spend ur money for u, but i hope the blackpack will be added to ur car. It would look absolutely stunning with that, CF fenders, and a black trimed nose and stripe. lime green really stands out!:7head:
  4. OK, rereading what i wrote, there is some serious unintended double entendres. :7head:
  5. think about it, make a copy that has the cover titled with whatever the other suggestions are, and one "Tits" and tell me which gets looked at more, picked up first, and held longer. Its for the best of teh club.
  6. all of the turbo subarus are running coolant cooled oil coolers. i think gert was using a Laminar coolant oil cooler.
  7. Franken7 NAKED! OMG Stripped and in all its glory!
  8. put it in the events section!
  9. was this just involved in a cross country drive?
  10. why hello thAr! ur beta tester numba 1 has arrived. 1704 #s, 48/52 f/r distribution.
  11. v9.26 works fine. i'll upgrade to something more recent ove rthe weekend and let u know what the outcome is.
  12. one of the realtors by me plants little american flags in people's lawns around this time.
  13. "Tits" i means, everybody likes tits. wouldn't this bring more people into the fold? i beleive this is in line with Al's se7envangelism.
  14. it's set up the same as yours. the actual broom stick front point is the front top frame member under the nose cone, not that anyone should expect PCA to be aware of that(another arguement altogether). as long as ur head is below the top crossbar u should be passed in that reguard, but u do fall under that organization liability insurance so it's their call all together.
  15. I was going to go with what aver keeps the spark alive.
  16. is Deman near you? go for the closest manufactuer. While caterham may have had the longest existance, the variety of what gets put in the car can leave a non mechanical type in dissarry. I would offer my advice that a WCM Ultralite may be a good bet as its a BEC or using the S2000 drivetrain.
  17. U'll probably sell it to someone local while he's arranging shipping. u should drive the elan crosscountry and be like Randy!
  18. i normally have 2 responses in this situation "why hello thar!" or "DIBS!!". sadly, in this case, because of her rediculous accuracy with her feet, someone else will have to make her a very rich young widow.
  19. while entertaining, i am not getting involved in this conversation. but please carry on for my enjoyment:_deadhorse:
  20. depends on teh strength of teh wheel hubs and bearings. subaru hubs (5x100) are notoriously weak and anything more than a 5mm spacer severely shortens the life of teh wheel bearings. Toyota hubs were fine with 15-25mm spacers. u should contact someone who is more familair with teh birkin hubs.
  21. so we can rule out the color as being the cause. maybe JS needed more downforce? i should look into woody's hoops as well.
  22. depends, a large suite spread out over several individuals is usually cheaper than a single room.
  23. no different in execution than their academy cars. Caterham has too many variants, someone find me another car like mine?!?!? whene they weren't making a bunch of different cars.
