Jackal
I have seen this kit on there before, and it was getting surprisingly low support. Now it seems to be moving along. I voted support, and shared on all my social media outlets.

Automoda
Honestly I don't get Lego kits anymore. When I was a kid, you got bricks in 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, a few thin variations, a few long beams, slopes, and if you were lucky and rich, a few spinning plates etc. Now it seems like all you can build with Legos is what they show on the box. Its not stacking blocks anymore but a model kit with a boxy style. Since every brick in the Caterham kit looks to be custom, they could as easily make it an exact, spot on replica just as easily. Its like they're trying to keep the feel of the old days when people did what they could with what bricks they had available, but rather doing it with custom bricks shaped for that style. But this is specifically a Seven...not someone-else's fantasy. I'd like to have one to go along with my Matchbox Caterhams (six colors, so far)
rzempel
Apparently Lego has decided to go into production with this. http://www.autoblog.com/2016/03/11/lego-ideas-caterham-super-seven-kit-approved/
John B
Does it come with the engine, or do you have to install one on your own?

Croc
Thats good, no chance of a head gasket issue like the K series engines. :spam:
Kitcat
Now that's a kit car! Like John B, I wonder if you pay extra for the engine:)? And if it must be purchased separately and is not installed by the mfr? Can a Storker version be far behind (at 1/2 the cost)?
