I have a friend who is about 6'6" and 250 lbs and he's interested in a 4 cylinder Seven. He doesn't fit in my Westfield (close but pretty tight) and I wonder if anyone knows of a larger fitting car. I was thinking maybe the WCM Ultralite and wonder how the fit of that car is?

Any thoughts?

Superformance S1? "The S-1 was specifically conceived to accommodate “6-foot 4-inch, 250-pound Americans""

In the S1 the car is the seat, but still narrow but 6' 4" is big but not wallmart size. I used to be 6' before downsizing and can move the pedals too far forward for me to reach. Worst part is that my size 13s even in barefoot shoes are too big. And comfortable for longer drives (did about 700 miles in one day and was not crippled which is better than the Miata or jag xj. Still prefer pickup for distances. john

The Ultralite has 18" and 16" seats ( width) Lots more room.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll pass on the info.

My friend also has the issue of having size 13 shoes so it seems that any way you cut it he'll need to try on a car before he buys one.

Thanks again -

There was a forum member who was 6'9" and 350pds who drove a Caterham SV (until he sold it). The issue was the height of the roll cage but that was a easy fix.

Size is not an issue!

How "sevenish" does it have to be? The Panoz Roadster from a decade ago is Mustang-size inside.

Just a quick follow up - my friend bought Powerbrake's Ultralite and it looks like it fits him pretty well with a few tweaks.

Thanks all for the input and advice.

A few years ago I was determined to sell my classic stalker and had an S1 in Columbus that I was ready to pull the trigger on....until I drove it...loved the car but the seats were narrower than my stalker...regretably ended up passing on that one...

My Rotus is rather LARGE in the cockpit. A friend of mine who is 6'1", 275# with a 34" inseam fit fine. I made him sit in it because he swore that there was no possible way he would fit. now he wont stop bugging me about getting it done so he can drive it. He has size 11 shoes but when he was at the shop, he was wearing work boots and obviously had to remove them, so was in his stocking feet. Would more than likely need sneakers to manipulate the pedals, but that's nothing new in any 7.

I have a s1 and a rotus chassis. the s1 accommodates my 36" waist at the butt but any more would be tight. the rotus seats are too cramped and the foot well way too small for my 13s. the s1 is doable with "barefoot" shoes. But no "heel and toe" for me so it is just toe.
