The shock comparison shows the older (heavier) steel-bodied GAZ on the left and the new (lighter) aluminum-bodied GAZ on the right...both have 300 lb springs. See you in July Michael, The aluminum GAZ shocks arrived with the different coil design (fewer coils), but same spring rate...wasn't planned. Wish I could make NJMP this year, but with the new job in Houston and maintaining two households, I have very limited time in AR to work on the car. Robin had forbid my rebuilding the power plant...so...been doing extreme leg workouts and Suave has been practicing his 'yabba dabba do!!!'.
