  1. Is there another decal to go on the boot?
  2. Sounds good to me. There are several enjoyable roads a little east of the Beachman Racing shop. As for "crazy folks", that should cover just about everyone on this forum.
  3. Is there an expected arrival date?
  4. Welcome to the local Caterham community. We have a loose knit group of about a dozen local owners, a few with multiple cars. As far as i know, you'll be the first 620 in the area, can't wait to see and hear it. And meet you, too. What like organization we have is generally centered around Bruce.
  5. More than likely there is no need to explain this to your insurance agent. Crashes at a track are almost always excluded from coverage under most normal auto policies. Of course reporting that it happened elsewhere is a whole other issue. And a felony.
  6. Welcome, nice to see another CSR on here.
  7. Good choice, Beachman is realistic and has excellent customer service.
  8. That would be the best way to do it. There are times you will definitely want the windscreen on.

Very cool, but at this point, the people it was meant to honor are either inside working long shifts or asleep somewhere (hopefully at home).
  10. Maybe he's confusing the Noble Prize for Journalism with the Pulverized Prize in Science.
  11. The Noble Prize?
  12. From that article: "Dr. Richard Lockey, chairman of Allergy and Immunology, said, “The theory that it somehow boosts the immune system is not based on any established scientific evidence. It makes no sense whatsoever.”At All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Lockey says, doctors struggle to help children born without a functioning immune system as well as those that acquired immune deficiency later on. If the UBI treatment actually pumped up the immune system, Lockey said, “we’d be using it.” "The study’s end came soon after publication of an article about it at Forbes.com called “UVLrx Therapy Lights Up Charlatans Dealing in Medical Devices.” The author, Britt Marie Hermes, said many of the clinics that were using the UVLrx device made unsupported claims for it in advertisements, on websites, and even in TV interviews. That kind of behavior is not allowed during legitimate clinical trials, she said."

Kitcat - I'm thinking that horses may be a better analogy. Once the prime method of transportation, slowly becoming playthings for those who can afford it. Specialized events, grooming at home and occasional fun alongside the new ones. But not for everyday use.

Croc - You left off the contact details. Where do we send her the $5 bills.
  15. That makes some sense, thank you.

    Robins just want to fly.
  17. Has anyone else had a problem with their exhaust mount that attaches to the body in front of the rear wheel? I have had two break so far. Both times the rubber bobbin broke apart. Is the stock CSR muffler too heavy for the mount to hold up? Is it a design flaw because there is no reinforcement inside the bobbin? Something else?

That would definitely cut down on the usage. Unless you let it thaw first.
