LM will be fiberglass weight is unknown at this time but will notify when I find out. The R11 will have a fiberglass front and rear with the bottom half in aluminum. His fiberglass guy does carbon fiber as well if you want to pay the extra $$.

The LM body is scheduled for January release. I believe the body is going to be sold for a little under 5k. I will make sure that the details get posted on here as soon as I know everything is ready to go.

R11 will hold a wide variety of engine. Miata drive train should fit easily considering what is going in the first one. S2k engine should fit but will likely need a buldge in the hood because the engine is pretty tall. I really like to get one and put a Busa engine in it. With that aero it should be very fast. The stock 85 hp engine cars were capable of 150 mph. With additional 100 hp it should be very quick track car. He is still working on the completeing the first car. Body panels are ready from my understanding I think he is still sorting out some chassis upgrades.

Well I am organizing a spring Hill Country tour here in Texas for April 11 12 13. \We will arrive friday evening, and start out about 8:30-9:00 for the drive. We will be seeing some of the best roads and scenery that Texas has to offer. The bluebonnets and other wildflowers should be in full bloom at that time to aid in the scenery. We will be doing about 180 miles on saturday and 190 miles on Sunday. We will be based out of Fredricksburg Tx. which is a very nice little community that is loaded with about 300 neat shops for the ladies to browse thru. There are a few very nice wineries within 10 miles of town for the wine tasters in the group. If I could get a count on the number of people that may be interested so that I can block off some hotel rooms for us. We will be staying at a new Hampton Inn that has plenty of room for us. Rooms should be about 95.00 per night. It should be a great little tour for Texas 7 owners and our friends from Michigan coming down for the event. PM me.

It is an industry show. Alot like SEMA but for the racing world. It was really impressive. We got a few passes from a friend.

Extrude bodies are neat. They were at the PRI show Dec 4-6. Along with TWS, Jenvey, Kinlser. They appeared to be of good quality and you could adjust runner length by adding sections to them or visa versa. They were cheaper than most with Kinsler being the highest 2300.00 a set for the S2000 but the quality on the Kinsler is top notch. The kinsler system did come more complete with fuel rails your choice of sensors IAC ect. They also cnc to match your ports perfectly. That was an amazing show. We walked non stop for 16 hours over 2 days and had to rush the last half of the second day to hit as much as we could we still probably missed about 5-600 booths. Simply amazing.

We were parked at a convience store gas pump in my wife new Civic Si with a total of 323 miles on it. When we came out we found some idgit backed into the front of the car bending the hood fender and knocking out the headlight. Cops said it was out of their hands because it was on a private parking area. We ended up having to use uninsured motorist to cover the repairs. We couldnt find a witness which is strange since the store parking lot was full at the time.

I agree there is defenitely are uses for aero for the 7. Chuck we have discussed that for the last two years. It just seemed that the discussion had mostly AutoX tone to it. I think that aero for higher speed used would be very benificial ie Run and Gun the Texas mile and One lap. We were looking at the wing that Donkervort has been using and hope to get that fabricated before 1 lap.

Would areo play that much of a role in AutoX? I would think that you would have to be doing over 120 for the areo to be much of an advantage. From the Autox that I have been to granted which is very few looks like speeds were not more 60 maybe 70 tops. It would seem that the aero would be much more beneficial on tracks where you have long straights and reach higher speeds for longer time. Am I looking at this wrong?

That looks pretty good. That could really come in handy. I will add that to my wish list.

It appears to be an alignment issue. tow out would cause it or worn tie rod end that is letting the tire turn out when loaded. I would check all your bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, steering rack bolts. give it the old wiggle test then jack the front up and unload it and see if you can find movement some where. Also check your wheel bearings the retaining nut could have backed off. I run 1.0 degree of camber and my tires wear much more even than that.

I dont think that was his first time around that track. He is defenitely a good driver. His car seems to be well sorted too. He was passing cars on the inside of ther turns and the cars on the outside were having to work to stay online. He barley had a bobble.

Where did you get the HID components? I really need something better for my car. I have to use driving lights at night because the standard lights are just to dim. I saw the Deman car at R&G but they never said where they got them from.
