  1. Bruce, Last year when John Healey, Wil as your co-driver, and myself went for a drive. The route you took us on was one of the best I have been on in that area, maybe we could do that area again if your looking for ideas on what path we should take. We can meet at the park on 32, if you think the lot will be full on a Sunday..... Looking forward to some nice weather and a fun blat with everybody..
  2. I didn't read your first post right, I thought you said the 22nd.. Ok, I'm back in.....
  3. Last two weeks in June We'll be in Hilton Head and then down kickin it in the islands Man. Sorry......
  4. I'll take my woodie from Beverly D'Angelo please.....
  5. Nice compact kit. I would do the plumbing alittle different and not have the hole in the top of the hood and the filter poking out the side. I would also find out what needs to be done with the ECU. Some reseach would need to be done first.... I'd like to have it on my S1.
  6. If the weather is ok, I'll drag my S1 out of the garage.... With the top on... See you guys there...
  7. WOW, That turned out great..... Look forward to you and Bessie joining us for some summer blats.... Enjoy it Al....
  8. Really...... One picture..... Get your act together Newbie....
  9. Back on track.... Lol I'd say you have to shop around and see, sit in, drive if you can, every kind of 7 you can get you hands and eyes on. They are all great on the track. big HP or small. the fun factor is huge... Enjoy the the ride... Steve
  10. Like it or not, I like it. I respect the time and talent it takes to build something like this.
  11. nicemd, I read your blog this morning with a cup of coffee, well written and full of good tips. Enjoy your CSR, Steve
  12. I'm thinking the same as Martin, I see one flat on the stud but not two? If there is two flats you can put the correct size open end wrench on it and turn off the nut. Had to tell by just the photo....
  13. And thats a GREAT Dad.......
  14. The only good Top Gear is the one from the UK. The rest stink... I wonder how you say WTF just happened in Korean..... Happy no one was hurt...

  16. The newest and fastest from our friends at Caterham. Hopefully much better than last years.
  17. I agree that was a Great Generation. And I had one that I feel moulded me into the person I am today. I only had one Grandfather, and he taught me all the good things you need to know as a young man. He's been dead for over 30 years, and I still say to myself, What would Pop-Pop do .. Damm I miss that guy...
  18. I found this on PistonHeads. Shows the cam buckets enlarged for really high lift cams. Crazy in a good way...
  19. Karl, I guess you are doing this with the head still on the block. How are you going to keep the metal chips and metal dust from filling up the valves seats and then dropping it down the bores and or getting stuff hung up on the valves on start up. Won't be very good for the piston skirts and bores. Sounds like it should be done on a CNC machine, and then put the head in the hot tank for a proper clean up. Good Luck, Steve
  20. Stuart, How's the transmission, driveshaft and rear ,going to handle the BDA. Is this a big jump in power . I ask because I see you left the transmission in the car..
  21. Looks like that BDA was born there.... Look forward to more photo's, and checking it out this spring/ summer... Wish I lived closer, I'd love to help out... Nice Work.. Steve
  22. Ok, I got you now.... You are talking about the old Vette......
  23. Mike, You think a 6 cyl. Honda Accord would dominate the new Vette at the track ??? Really.......
  24. Welcome Ade, We have Seven Owners from all over the world on this forum, so we are glad to have you also. We don't see Tigers over here, so it's cool to checkout yours. Is that your place in the backround ?$?$. LOL p.s. What spec Kent cams are you using.... Steve
