Klasik-69, The trailer will have two roof vents with one of those vents pre-wired (and structurally fitted) for an A/C unit. I'm about a two-hour drive from TX, and yep, it does get hot down here. I'm sure A/C will be a future add-on, but I'll have to save my pennies; spent all my allowance on the trailer. At some point, the camel's back must break. :jester:

Hey, Manshoon11, I'll chime in with what little info I can provide. My two cents first . . . FWIW; my seats are hard-mounted (sorry) and do not slide. #85 has two rectangular bars (two per side) welded in between the outer and inner lower frame rails (see photos). Each of my seats are hard-mounted to the forward welded-in bar on for both driver and passenger; the rear bars are for support. The back or my seats are hard-mounted to the upper frame rail of the bulkhead just behind the seat (again, see photo). One thing I would highly suggest for safety's sake since you are planning on tracking your car (and you may be well ahead of the game, here) is to reinforce your seat mounting points (no mounting to seat rails/tracks/sliders directly to the aluminum skin (floor). Also, you might send MightyMike a pm. I'm not sure, but his Tillett's may be mounted on sliders. :cheers:

Well, first of all, thanks again for everyone's input regarding trailers. :cheers: After much consideration (thinking long-term :rofl:), I’ve pulled the trigger on a spec’d 8.5x20 from inTech Trailers. This is pretty close to what it will look like: http://www.intechtrailers.com/galleries/20-iCon-Series-670/ If all goes as planned (that’s the kiss of death :ack:), it will be ready for pickup on June 10 and will perform its first mission during the July 4th weekend with a tow from from Arkansas to NJMP and return.
