  1. Ran across this Traqmate video. "Storker" :hat: owners, such as myself, will appreciate the opening. The Caterham crowd :hurray: will enjoy the Caterham overlay at around 1:17:
  2. WOW!!!!! Dramatic text effect very successful! :ack: . . . . :willy_nilly: . . . . . . . . :svengo: . . . added for dramatic reactionary effect.
  3. Of the 14k plus hits on that video, 20 plus are probably mine . . . that's has to be one of my most favorite 7 vids. :iagree:
  4. Okay, here's the link, but I'm on an iPhone. Someone with a computer (or iPhone know-how) please load a photo.......I'm thinking Mad Max look alike, but gobs of fun: http://www.roadandtrack.com/car-reviews/first-drives/supercar-system-v8-roadster-drive
  5. Kitcat, You have a link or photos handy?

  11. Hey, fellow enthusiasts, Apex Driving Academy will be hosting another HPDE on March 22 (also on the day of my 17-year anniversary with my lovely bride :party:) at MSR Cresson. Local or not, if you want to enjoy a day Cresson, come on out. I'd really enjoy seeing another 7 or few out at the track. The track du jour will be the 1.7ccw course. There will be three run groups for the day; beginner, intermediate and advanced; I'm moving up to advance this year (yes, I know . . . Scary :ack:). The beginner class is already full, but several spaces are still available in the intermediate and advanced groups. I attended three of these last year and had blast time. The Apex folks are very professional and organize an extremely well thought out and well executed event that is fun for all. Here are links to both MSR Cresson and Apex: http://www.motorsportranch.com/ http://www.apexdrivingacademy.com/about.htm Hope to see you there! :seeya:
  12. Paul, May I also offer my condolences on the loss of your daughter. I do hope that my lighthearted joking around has not offended; if so, my deepest apologies. Please be assured, my related posts are in jest. While I can’t relate to your loss, I can relate (to some extent) as to what alcohol can do to a family. Let’s just say that my father had a very hard childhood. As for me, I’ll have my family along also and my choice of beverages for the duration of the event will consist of copious amounts of water, juice, coffee, tea . . . . . . . and if I want to really get wild and crazy and let my hair grow, Diet Coke! :seeya:
  13. Tom, Now that you mention it, I don't think so. However, I'm pretty sure there's a local 'home brew' in Arkansas, but I don't think you can buy it in a store. :iamwithstupid:
  14. Awesome car! I want one! And the Miata Natzis should be proud. :iagree:
  15. This is a great thread! It's a real party in here! :party: Everyone is sharing opinions and respecting those of others . . . . . Well, all except the guys that want more storque! :smilielol5:
  16. Dale, Glad to have you chime in! :seeya: Here's the link to the electric Stalker; not much info, just a few photos. I wonder if the car is still around, running, etc. http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=18115 As for 'needing' a V8 . . . . Come on, Dale, you know you want to put one in your Stalker! :ack:
  17. Storque..........gotta' live it!!! The enema's working.
  18. 'New-guys-bringing-local-beer-to-the-party' award ......... Can that one be added? Wait, is that local, as in NJ, or local, as in Arkansas?
  19. Okay, I've had my morning enema ............. Let loose the hounds of hell! Alaskossie, I'm going to tell the Miata Natzis what you've done to one of there beloved.
  20. Your killing me!!!! :smilielol5:
  21. MB7, Your welcome. It's going to be a beautiful car when Scott's finished. Blue Stalker: Craig Earls old car. Mike, you should post a for sale thread in the Cars For Sale / Wanted section. I think slngsht can help you out with paid membership for advertising your car. Also, what ever happened to my 5zigen's? I think Mike Sharkey sold them to Craig after he bought my car and then . . . . ?
  22. Heaven help us, this is gonna' be a painful thread . . . . I need an enema. :smilielol5: . . . :svengo: . . . :smilielol5: :cheers:
  23. Mike, Thanks for starting the thread. V8's in 7's!!!!! . . . . What the!!!!! . . . Well, what can I say? . . . . I own one. :jester: But I do have an appreciation of 7's with I4's, as well as the V6 Stalkers. The Birkin I owned prior to my Stalker had a Duratec (the first of two engines that was put in the car) with a Ford Motorsport head and stage II cams. It made around 220 HP, had a Quaife sequential six-speed, an IRS rear and the wide track front. The car was no slouch! :ack: Also, I had the opportunity to spend Monday afternoon with Glen and Scott Mineheart at the 'Stalker Cave' in St Petersburg, FL. I took a few photos of current events and thought I'd share a photo of the XL they are currently building sense it sports an LS376/480 crate engine. If you want to see what was going on around the shop that day, as well as a few more photos of the XL, click on the link below: http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=24553 Did you seriously use the word 'Storker'?!!!!! :smilielol5::smilielol5:
  24. Can we have a 'The-First-Stalker-Guy-to-Get-Other-Stalker-Guys-to-Participate' award? :hurray: . . :willy_nilly: . . :svengo: . . . . :cheers:
  25. awesome!!!!!!!!! :party::party::party::party:
