1. I thought Tom's book title was 'The Not-so Good, The Really, Really Bad and The Fugly'. And Mike, why are you on the cover holding a HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT sticker? :jester:
2. t walgamuth, Congradulations and welcome to the club. How about a photo or two? :seeya:
3. . . . . . . :smilielol5:
4. WOW!, WOW!, WOW!, and WOW!
5. Careful............I resemble that remark.
6. Looking good, toe.......Cresson is just around the corner.
7. I like that; clean, simple.
8. jevs, You must be reading my mind..........would be nice if you could see how they're mounted. :jester:
9. jevs, You may want to take a look at these hangers from SR. They come in a variety of sizes and look great: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/stw-th903bc/overview/
10. Went out to the shop and snapped a couple of pics. As I said, simple, but works well. . . . . . You'll be finished and driving sooner than you think.
11. Is it just me, or does this track environment scream "Hit me!" or "Crash here!" Trees galore, people standing track side, a big mound of dirt piled up next to what looks like a housing addition (cleverly disguised as a grassy knoll). The pit-out reminds me of my neighbor's driveway; never mind the pit-in guard rail with it's pointy end daring drivers to hit it dead on; here, hold my Castle Lager and watch this. :ack: And, and, and . . . . . I don't know, maybe things are done a little differently in South Africa and I'm just too critical. . . . . . But I do like the color of the Birkin.
12. That's racing! Thanks for sharing.
13. jevs, I currently have a flat ss strap attached to each of my exhaust. Each strap is attached to an aluminum L-brackets. The brackets, in turn, are bolted to the sides of the car (bolted to the bottom frame rail); simple, yet has worked well thus far. That is the way the car arrived after I purchased it back from Mike Sharkey. Having said that, this is what I did originally; perusing through these two pages may spur and idea or two: http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=8726
14. :hurray: . . . . . .
15. This may have been posted here before. If so, worth a revisit. . . . . . If not, enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqO9msySmz0
16. Hey, I was there once, but then I aged and got over it. :jester: In truth, I think I'm just pissed and being passive aggressive because I can't make the event this year; sort of like when my dogs tear up stuff because they're fenced in. :cuss:
17. . . . . . . :smilielol5::smilielol5::smilielol5:
18.

 Well, so far I've pissed myself (twice), squirted hot coffee out my nose (skip;, I know how you feel :jester:), drained the savings account, made arrangements to take out a second mortgage on the house and now have the wife and kids strategically located around town at various intersections with cardboard signs in hopes that we will be able to eat tonight. :svengo:

19. . . . . . Me too. My kids and I haved had our fair share of 'endurance' air races.
20. Well, I apparently haven't completely grown up...........yet. I found this at Walmart earlier in the week and simply had to have it; a bargain at 97 cents. . . . . And it looks like Croc has a car named in his honor. :jester:
21. I'm all about the skirts on the Mk VI rear wings. Thanks for sharing.
22. I can't believe Mr. Potato Head (with pipe, of course) and the Super Ball haven't made to cut yet.
23. jevs, the car is looking great. And I must admit, you and toedrag are giving me the ‘build’ itch, but I'm diligently exercising restraint.
24. . . . . And photographers were bold. :ack:
25. Ran across a few more goodies from my generation. While the last photo isn't a toy, I had to add it and have to ask if anyone else ever made the Tupperware popsicles? . . . . . :lurk:
