    Mega-Jolt

    lancylad posted a topic in General Tech

    Just finished fitting Mega Jolt to my 1.6 CVH and an immediate difference in idle. Smooth, no hesitation at all, re-adjusted my webers, closed the adjustment screws a half turn.. just need the weather to play ball and get out for a road test.. in the meantime, will download the programs from the website so that I can plug the laptop into the unit and set the timing where I want it..

    We were excited to begin with, now we are even more pumped to visit the area. Thanks for posting that. " Her Madge " the car, is up on blocks right now while I get her fettled and ready for the trip. So far I have found a small leak from a tiny crack in the oil pan, got to get a sump guard, small movement in the passenger side front wheel, possible ball joint or wheel bearing? And I need a bigger gas tank! In process of making a half hood..Oh, we boys and our toys!!

    Sounds like a great idea to me. Mud slinging achieves nothing we are after all supposed to be a friendly Forum of like minded enthusiasts. Many thanks to those who started this club (forum) lets keep it vibrant, open(friendly) minded and forward thinking..

    Hey Steve Good for you mate, we are still in minus temps here, fired my little girl up yesterday so she is ready for the first day that even resembles a seven day. Talk about withdrawall symptoms..

    We just booked for 5 days at The Rocket Motel. Will be there on the 12th. Better start making sure the old girl is in good shape for the trip, ( the car I mean).

    Hi Slomove. Me and the wife are seriously looking at joining in on your trip, if you dont mind a couple of Canucks tagging along, would meet up with you in Custer and take in the following 5 days. Just have to make sure our schedules are all taken care of before we make a final decision.
